Zumba

Aqua Zumba

This class is completely water-based, lessening the impact on the joints and keeping the body cool while still burning fat and building lean muscle.

Water Aerobics
An exciting combination of cardio, toning, stretching and dancing, while having fun in the sun and staying cool in the pool!

Yoga/Aqua Yoga

Power Yoga

Pilates/Aqua Pilates
Targeting the deep stabilizing muscles in the glutes, thighs, lower back and abdominals. Pilates allows you to strengthen, tighten, and tone those trouble zones without lifting heavy weights. Available for aqua adaptation as well.

PiYo
A combination of Yoga and Pilates full of stretching and toning designed for a full body workout.

Cross Training Light
A perfect blend of low impact cardio mixed with a variety of strength training exercises. If you are looking for a low intensity complete workout then this is the class for you.

Toning 101
In this class you will improve your strength, muscle tone and flexibility. All levels welcome.

Belly Dance Fitness
Work your core the entire hour as you blast calories with each swing of your hips. This wonderful exercise will improve grace, posture, muscle tone, and cardiovascular strength.

Country Line Dance Fitness

20/20/20

Aqua Kick

Indoor Cycling
This class focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, that involve using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.  We do not provide the bicycles for class instruction.
